Terms & Conditions

The General Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply to cancellations, late arrivals and premature departures.

Deposits are non-refundable

No charges are levied if a holiday is cancelled up to 3 months beforehand (although the deposit is unfortunately lost.)
If a holiday is cancelled between 3 months and 1 month beforehand, the charge is 40% of the price.
If a holiday is cancelled between 1 month and 1 week beforehand, the charge is 70% of the price.
If a holiday is cancelled less than one week beforehand, the charge is 90% of the price.
Our advice: Cover yourself against possible cancellation fees by taking out travel cancellation insurance.

 

Bookings and payments

You can book directly on this site (haushislop.com). Note, this will require a full payment. All major credit cards accepted. After booking a confirmation e-mail will be sent.
Only full weekly bookings, Saturday to Saturday, in the High Winter seasons. In ‘Winter Low’ there is a little bit of flexibility. You could arrive on a Sunday and leave on a Friday. Or arrive on a Monday and leave on Saturday. No less than 5 nights. It is of course possible to come for as short time as you like but the minimum cost is for 5 nights I’m afraid.
Short breaks available throughout the rest of the year.
To reserve. If you are not booking directly here (haushislop.com) on this site you can still make a reservation (go to the contact page to make a reservation). I would require a deposit of €150 for Apartment 4,  €200 for Apartment 3 (the 2 bedroom) and €300 for The Penthouse. I would email you my bank details for you to make a bank transfer. This deposit is taken off the payment due either whilst you are here in cash. Or by bank transfer a couple of weeks before you arrive.

Additional Costs
Tourist Tax is €2 per night, per adult (15 years+) this covers your Alpbachtal Seenland Card. See more about that in activities.
Cleaning fee – Apartment 4 €30, Apartment 3 (2 bedroom Apartment) €40 and €60 for The Penthouse.
